the feeling of working in quality field

Dear friends ,i am a quality person ,deeply want to share the feeling with you ,for i have worked in
quality field about three years .at first work as a quality manager ,the second work as a quality engineer ,
and now as a quality assurance ,but those days i felt there has some puzzle .and in my inner heart ,
i desire want to get breakthrought ,and let me become to be a busy one ,but always i feel i am empty .
also short for systemic .if have further idea and the bright direction ,pls kindly share .

I have the same feeling sometime. hopeless, lonely. one elder people told me " people always hate the career they choose after they work on it long time". I think learning and sports like hiking, travel etc. are good approach to get a good mood. I am not a professional quality person. and I hope I will be a professional quality person. so please give me some advice if you have any.
