公司招聘PE经理

PE Manager
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsibility:
· Lead a process engineering team which consists of local engineers and technicians
·Liaise with foreign customer on process engineering matters and progress of new engineering projects
·Provide process engineering support to daily production
·Ensure new process and material meet customer requirement
·Drive cross-functional team for continual yield improvement
·Manage KOI target by breaking down the target to a set of figures which is intuitive, or directly visible to every sub-group
·Work with cross functional team on quality improvement activities
·Drive cost reduction programs with team
Position Requirement:
·Major in Engineering/Science
·Fluent both in written and verbal English. Capable of chairing a meeting /conference call in English.
·Knowledge in Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing. Level equivalent to a Green Belt
·Good logical mind. Strong capability in data analysis, and driving data-driven improvement actions.
·Ability to simply complicated problems, and properly prioritize the tasks
·Strong leadership and solid commitment
·Good interpersonal and communication skill
·Independent working, self-driven
·Above 5 years in PCBA/SMT/Electronics Assembly/COB

·与国外客户联系,沟通相关工艺问题及新项目的进度
·给日常生产提供工艺支持
·确保新的工艺和物料能满足生产需求

·推动各职能团队不断改进产品直通率

·管理被部门下属所认知部门目标

·与各职能团队改善产质量量

·推动成本降低项目

职位要求Position Requirement:

·工程专业/理科

·精通英语(书面及口语能够用英语主持会议

·六西格马/精益生产知识，等同于绿带水平

·良好的逻辑思维,较强的数据分析能力，能利用数据推动做持续改善

·复杂问题简单化，能正确优先各项任务

·较强的领导能力和一致的承诺

·良好的沟通能力和人格艺术

·独立工作能力，自我改善和提高

·5年以上PCBA/SMT/Electronics Assembly/COB工作经验
