从某种意义上，一个企业在每一年都要对自己一年的运营情况进行一个回顾（这里面就应该包括品质管理等方面），在这种情况下都会对自己的下一年定一个目标或期望，这时候就需要有一定的措施来支撑达到目标！
楼主的客户这样要求你很合理啊，我想这也是一个企业应该做的东东！客户只是想看到自己的供应商也是在不断提高啊！
