CQE（客户品质工程师）
Responsibilities:
－Customer quality requirement implementation in company level. Lead the new product and new project quality and manufacturing launch and to ensure the quality to meet customer requirements.
－Review the quality documentation (e.g.: PPAP, AQP, etc.) that to be submit to customer. Prepare the quality issues report to customer (8D
－Lead and push the company internal quality continuous improvement. Monitor process quality and system.
－Customer quality complaints handing. To implement the corrective/preventive actions and reduce the DPPM to make customer satisfaction.
－Customer quality and engineering support.
Requirements:
－College or above degree in Mechanical or related engineering field
－Have mechanical engineering background such as molding/painting/metal/stamping
－At least three years working experiences as a CQE in multinational company.
－Good communication skill
－Teamwork sprit, can work under pressure,
－Both good at written and spoken English
SQE－Painting（供应商品质工程师）
Responsibilities:
1. Supplier quality management (QS, QP audit, supplier process control and yield improvement.)
2. Making incoming inspection instruction sheet.
3. IQC reject incoming verification, reject material issue corrective action follow up till close.
4. Production line & high DPPM material quality issue handling & corrective action follow up till close.
5. Monthly & quarterly top worst supplier tutor and corrective action verification.
6. Initiating material & supplier continual improvement program.
7. Rohs control program in project.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.More than 2 years experiences in Painting/Coating Process/Product
3.Have relevant quality sense, familiar with related painting/coating testing.
熟悉制造流程，有相关塑胶，喷漆测试经验可优先考虑
IPQE（制程改进品质工程师）
Responsibilities:
－Follow up ECO, deviation, or specification change.
－Monitoring process performance and take process audit to eliminate all nonconforming findings observed in process.
－Coordinate all activities of OQA, IPQC, FQC.
－Supervising technicians, leaders and inspectors.
－Ensure proper SPC control limit, and AQL level are being used in relevant process inspection and outgoing inspection respectively.
－Prepare statistical inspection summary report that can reflect product/process quality performance.
－Manage and preserve QA resources (equipments and tools)
－Coordinate the QA manpower and equipments during different projects.
－Follow up production plan and ensure QA arrangement including overtime etc. matches overall production plan.
－Keep workstation clean and tidy.
Requirements:
－College or above degree in Mechanical or related engineering field
－At least three years working experiences as a QE in multinational company.
－Familiar with Molding, Metal and Painting
－Teamwork sprit, can work under pressure
－Both good at written and reading English
