Job Description:
1. To plan and manage supplier quality during product development (APQP)
2. To conduct Production Part Approval and Production Capability Evaluation(PPAP, GP9)
3. To handle production issue due to supplier in a timely manner , assist supplier in working out corrective actions to cope with the problem and evaluate the effectiveness of the corrective actions ,and then follow up to close (PPM)
4. To conduct evaluation of supplier quality process and assist supplier in establishing a stable process control and quality control.(P-AUDIT)
5. Communicate with supplier for product quality issue fed back from OEM and after-sale service, and make sure the corrective actions are implemented by supplier. (PR/R)
6. To conduct evaluation of potential suppliers (PSA)
7. To deal with customer complaint and production shut down due to supplier product quality
8. Claim to supplier for compensation if necessary and assist supplier in working out corrective actions
9. To conduct evaluation of supplier performance, bring up improvement objective and ensure supplier put it into practice
10. To establish a lessons learned database for supplier management (LESSONS LEARNED) |
