这事咋办

从以前公司到现在的公司，我都遇到这样的问题：包装数量问题，质量人员点数吧，数量太大无法清点，而且一但点数，其余部门（包括仓库）都不管了，清点数量好象成了质量部门专门做的事，出了问题大家都说是质量部门的事；不清点数量吧，也说不过去，文件上有对包装数量的检查这一项。请问这个问题怎么解决？

this question almost like another question we always ask: if QC check quality of product, then all of other department will not responsible for quality, they say: look, it is your problem quality department!

one principle, clarify WHS responsible for quantity of parts, quality department just inspect by plan

没听说要质量点数,最多是抽检而已.
和其他部门分清责任.

那你就告诉他们，OK，我们品质部的点数可以考虑，除非你们仓库的都是吃闲饭的。。点数不是品质部的事，作为考核仓库而偶尔抽查核实一下包装数量倒可以考虑。
