Minitab 最近公布了一个两百位各层次 Six Sigma 工作者的问卷，发表了 SS 项目 成功的三大要素：1.选对项目，2. 得到管理部门的支持，3. 有效地运用 DMAIC。大师们，您说呢？

能得到管理层的理解和支持，首先是要选对项目。但是如何选对项目呢？有没有相关的意见啊！

Yes, project selection, management support and DMAIC execution are very important. But I think, the management support is the basic condition. Without the management support, how to start a project? Certainly, when gaining the management support, how to select a project is very important and it is the key factor to decide a project success or failure directly , to some extent. Using DMAIC reasonably is very important.
