职责描述


Principal Duties:
1.To set direction for improving QA department performance in line with management objectives and policies.
2.To ensure that quality system structure is in place, promote it and followed by all related departments, including suppliers and customers.
3.To reach the quality goals based on ISO9001: 2000 standard and keep the certification system. Periodical and internal evaluation through internal audits. Collection data in relation of quality performance recorded in whole plant.
4.Provide feedback to management on quality progress and status.
5.Analyze and give or coordinate disposition to non-conforming material, as well as ensuring that related suppliers implement effective corrective actions, define inspection procedures of raw material.
6.Define and implement quality control practices, such as: sampling inspection practices, statistical techniques, etc. Which are applied in manufacturing processes and production equipment.
7.Define and implement final audit procedures to the finished product before it is shipped. Measure the outgoing quality (DPPM's) and take effective corrective actions, whenever they are required.
8.Analyze the products returned by the customer and process the guarantee credit, as well as take all the necessary actions to correct failures related to the manufacturing process.
9.Manage and coordinate the corrective/preventive actions in the manufacturing process quality system and customer complaints.
10.Define the quality of the different products and processes through the implementation of statistical techniques, FMEA and coordination/preparation of "PPQP's".
11.Ensure the availability of appropriate equipment to perform measurement, inspection and test of products. Maintain an equipment calibration and verification system, in such a way to ensure their precision and accuracy is sufficient to satisfy product requirements.
12.Manage and coordinate the lab activities, program setting, downloading, performance testing, and orifice calibration. Final approve the wiring diagram.
13.To assure that agencies requirements and inspections are followed.
14.Co-ordinate quality training in the whole plant.
15.Evaluates and appraise QC staff performances, and develop training programs to upgrade staffs' skills.
16.Ensure that the proper maintenance and updating of all controlled documents.
17.Approve new suppliers or develop existing suppliers and sub contractors.

技能要求


Requirement:
1.Diploma in mechanical/electronics engineering, quality productivity or management master preferred, and preferably major in refrigeration.
2.Quality and systems management, ISO9000/QS9000 standards and system in general.
3.As project consultants, leadership, negotiation and management.
4.Desired in implementing quality systems according to ISO9001 requirements. Desired in manufacturing and quality areas, 5 years.
5.English necessary for communication.
