生产与质量发生冲突的解决

1.生产与品管从表面上看，是有矛盾的，特别是现在的企业生产和品管一般都是由制造部和品管部分别负责的，都从部门的角度出发，这个矛盾变的更加明显；
2.从大品管的角度，交货期的保证也是质量保证指标，所以，发生生产与质量的矛盾时，品管部负责人应该把交货期的保证作为品管部的工作，这样，品管部就不只是负责狭义观念的质量管理了；
3.生产与质量发生矛盾，一般是产品质量控制出了问题，而且是到了生产流程的后段，也就是已经发生了问题，当然，在这种情况下，只能是产品质量为先，保证出厂产品的质量；但是，真正的问题出在哪里呢？
4.真正的问题是为什么会在制程的最后才发现问题？原因就是产品质量的预防保证功能失效；
5.等到产品质量问题已经发生，这时怎么处理都是企业的损失，要生产不要质量？还是要质量不要生产？都是下下之策，所以上上之策是企业建立完善的质量保证体系，从大品管（广义品管）的观念要求各个部门，从而消灭部门墙的影响，才能真正解决交货期和产品质量之间的矛盾。
