如何检验焊锡丝的合格性

问题：
现在我们公司检验的焊锡丝原材料检验基本上说不上话，完全凭公司员工试用后，好后者不好，完全有操作员进行试用，有时形成矛盾，有的试用好，有的试用不好，完全不一致，那么对于业界是如何检验焊锡丝的呢？请发表见解。

i once audited tin wire factory, in which they also don't have many items to inspect, only focus on each element content, flux compound, material weight, RoHS, cosmetics and diameter of tin wire, thus, i thought our inspection items derives from these.
