Responsiblities:
To identify the improvement opportunity in business processes and improve them with 6 sigma and SPS methods
To evaluate the performance of Six Sigma level for Top Management.
To challenge the industrial performance in terms of SPS scope (mainly focus on production, method and supply chain
To launch 6 sigma project
To launch SPS deployment project
To manage 6 sigma project ( launch at least 10 six sigma project per year )
To manage SPS deployment project
To achieve saving target through projects implement
To lead each project team in the effective utilization of 6s methodology and SPS principleTo monthly review and push SPS deployment wTo coach and support GB to achieve their projects
To communicat each the benefit of the project
To promote 6 sigma and SPS
To follow up the 6 sigma projects and SPS improvement projects
Requirements：
1. 5 years experience in operation superior position(include 2 years project leader experience)
2. lead and complete BB project as project leader
3. lead and complete lean manufacturing as project leader
4. lead and complete supply chain optimization as project leader
5. be familiar with the knowledge of 'cost of quality' & process management
6. Analytical capability, strong business sense.
7. QA system internal auditor
