QA和ME,谁更应该去分析制程异常???

大家好,有个问题想和大家讨论一下:

作为QA,在日常质量管理时,遇到是制程异常时,特别是某个组装尺寸超差时,你们是自己分析查找原因?还是推动其它部门的人去分析?

因为在生产线,用到机器设备比较多,而这些设备机器都是ME做的,他们比较熟悉,而且是在组装后不行的,所以我一直都要求他们去分析,但他们每次都会反问,你们QA为什么不去分析?

如果排除了物料问题,是不是就可以理直气壮的要求ME去分析?

你们是怎么处理这些问题的?

QA is coordinator for problem solvings, in the analysis meeting, if the problem related to fixture or process issues, ME should take the responsibility for analysis then to take actions; if the problem related to test suite, TE should take responsibility; if operation issue, IE/ME need to review work instruction & production need to take actions; if related to raw material, SQE need to take responsibility for problems disposition.

Here, QA need to lead the team to find out the root cause & drive actions, Engineering dept should take reponsibility for analysis & actions.

QE 不知道解析异常，不知道问题产生在那里，那真的不用混了，要改善对策的时候才会让ME去做的。

偶们公司的做法是量产之前的问题由ME负责分析,之后的问题一般由QE来分析,遇到特别棘手的时候才可以发联络单请ME帮忙...
个人认为QE/QA应该具备最起码的问题分析和解决能力,不必要事事去找那些什么工程人员,免得引起他们的小视,在某种程度上削弱了质量部门的权威性.
