i am a quality manager, but I am not sure I am an excellet one. Probably, my boss can give me the answer...........

To be a good quality manager, you must understand and implement the "SUITABLE QUALITY LEVER" of your company.
The basic knowledge of quality assurance and analysising, management, comunication, good teamwork,etc....
