今天出口韩国的零件出现了问题。首先我对生产和生产部门没有建议和矛盾。我负责项目的，名义上是权力只有编制技术文件，提交产品的ppap。今天经理说有了问题就是我的，以后就应该天天在现场盯着。说明一下，现在产品正在执行Gp12。我不知道这和我有什么关系？质保和生产出了问题要我们顶着，什么逻辑？而且产品都量产6个月了？无语了？各位大虾有什么高见，帮帮小弟！

Solve this problem first,then review your internal process to see which step should be defined more detailedly.
Also,the responsibility for FA and mass production should be separately described in some documents, then your can persuade others.
If no any stipulation at first stage,you are responsible for anything happened in this project because you are the project leader.
