recently,i find that only QC is responsible for Quality problems in some company。i feel angry ,and hurt about it at the same time!
i think if there is any mistake happened about products,everyone should be responsible for it!
if issue happen, we must find root cause , only the root cause can show the responsible department;however, in a good company, every related department should review their own job first to see if there any chance to prevent

So,Quality get bad or get good is QA's responsibility. but , QA dept. must have some power to reqiure other department.

in our company, QC is only in charge of CCS(change control system)
