IEC安全标准对家用烤面包机提出新要求

目前，家用烤面包机适用的IEC（国际电工委员会）安全标准是IEC60335-2-9：烤架面包片烘烤器和类似便携式烘烤器具的特殊要求。在IEC60335-2-9最新的2008版标准（6.0版）中，针对烤面包机的结构增加了新的要求。新标准要求烤面包机的弹出机构在正常的烘烤时间结束后能自动断开开关，切断对加热元件的供电，既便弹出机构锁死的情况下也应如此，而这一要求并未在老标准中体现。按照这一新要求，多数烤面包机现有的设计结构，除了带定时器的面包机可以在定时结束后自动切断电路外，都将不符合标准的要求。

现阶段，IEC标准体系国中，家用烤面包机安全标准我国适用的是GB4706.14-2008，它等同采用IEC60335-2-9：2006（5.2版），其它IEC体系国，包括欧盟大部分国家，实施的IEC60335-2-9大多采用的还是2008版以前的老标准，相信过不了多久，新版标准在IEC各个成员国中将强制实施。据检验检疫部门数据统计，慈溪地区家用烤面包出口企业有20多家，2009年出口货值超过2000万美元，相关企业如果不积极应对，更改产品设计，改进产品结构，进而满足新标准的要求，必将对此类产品的生产销售产生极大的影响。

这条太严酷了，真是变态的IEC.

22.113 Toasters having an ejector mechanism shall be constructed so that they switch off
automatically after the normal toasting time even if the ejector mechanism is blocked.
Compliance is checked by the following test.
The toaster is supplied at rated voltage and the ejector mechanism is prevented from
releasing. On the completion of the normal toasting time, heating elements shall be
automatically disconnected from the supply by at least an all-pole disconnection, microdisconnection.
However, a single pole, micro-disconnection is allowed, provided heating
elements are not accessible to the test probe 12 of IEC 61032.
