我们做供应链管理的，大家可能所在的部门不一样。我是在品保部，上一任经理给我们提出，品保部的使命是：质量的守护神。

SQE should responsible for S\Q\E.
at first we should manage the supply ,especial focus on quality ,make more profit for them at the same time ,such as cost down \improve the process capability
second:quality and quantity is the key words.we should assure the quality which offer by the supply ,in the other hand we should make sure the cost will not reference to the quantity.
E,engineer ,our power is so small.take care
