小弟年后25，年初结合公司的实情开始学习英语，因为用得少，大多是自己琢磨！上周末抽空写了一下自己的状况，请大家帮忙指点一下，无论是中文还是英文！谢谢！
2004年9月至2007年六月在湖南科技职业学院就读电子信息技术专业；

我有四年的品质工程及管理经验，能合理利用品管及IE手法，独立分析并解决产质量量异常，制订产质量量检验标准；熟悉冲压、注塑、机加工、电子组装、表面处理（喷涂、电镀）生产工艺流程及管控要点；并有ISO9001、ISO14001、EICC体系和UL推行与维护经验，能编写独立编写体系文件及报告，有内审员资格证，熟悉BV、SGS、法国贝尔等审核机构的审核风格；了解TS16949、QC08000、OHSAS18001体系；另外，熟练运用办公软件及AUTO CAD软件；具体一定的英语读写能力；
I have been working as quality engineering and management for four years, I can reasonable utilization of quality and IE techniques, analysis and solve relevant product discrepancies, prepare product quality standard; and familiar with manufacture process and key control point for stamping、injecting molding 、electron assembly、surface treatment(painting、plating), and carry out and maintain experience of QMS、EMS、EICC and UL，have capability establish process documents and reports, have a internal audit permit, familiar with audit manner of audit bodies as BV、SGS、APAQ etc; understand likes TS16949、QC08000、OHSAS18001 system; Besides, I can Strong command of office software and AUTO CAD, have reading and writing English;
2006年10月开始在****实习，并一直工作到2010年1月；该公司是一家台资企业，规模在500人，总部在深圳，主要生产wiring harness/connector组装、音/视频线材等，产品主要供应富士康、广达、建准、亚锐等；任职期间先后担任了PE、QE、品保课长职务，公司状况及工作职责如下：
I was exercised by **** from in Oct 2006 until in Jan 2010, this is a TaiWan company, it size are 500 peoples, it headquarters locate at ShenZhen, it is manufacture of wiring harness、 connector assembly and sound/video cable etc for Foxconn、Quanta computer、Sunon、Array etc, I had worked as PE、QE and quality supervisor during my working，the following as company status and my responsibilities:
1.向总经理汇报公司整体品质状况及体系运行状况，主持体系年度内审及管理评审与日常维护；第二、三方审厂陪同、资料提供与不符合项整改实施；内外部产品环保资料的更新、跟进、审核，在职期间，未有因环保问题而引起客户抱怨；
Report to general manager about all quality and system operation status, preside internal audit annually and management review and daily maintenance; the information was provided by us to the second or third parts with together audit, and the non-conformity was implemented actions; environment data was updated、follow-up、check of internal or external，it hasn’t complained by customer as environment problem during my working;
2.组织内部品质会议，协调相关部门分析解决对应的品质异常；公司品质部门人员的管理、考核 ；
To analysis、solve quality discrepancies with take charge organization internal quality meeting and coordinate relate to dept; The people of quality dept are management and examine; write inspection work instruction according to relevant technology documents or international or national standard.
3.供应商稽核与辅导，协助供应商以ISO为基础建立完善体系；客诉投诉案件的处理与整改措施的跟进验证；
The supplier was audited and coached, and assistant them establishes system completely base on ISO; the client complaint was disposed and follow-up verification of corrective action;
4.新产品图纸及样品的审判确认，在职期间共完成300余种新成品打样及承认工作，完成厂内一千余类产品SOP书及SIP、PMP的制订与更新；
New product drawing and sample was checked and verified, to completed 300 new parts drawing and approval during my working, include SOP、SIP、PMP was prepared and updated of thousands parts;( working on PE of one year just enter the company)
考虑到将来的发展方向及自身的职业目标，另该公司不需使用到英语，所以在2010年2月跳至深圳****有限公司，该公司是一家美资企业，规模400人，公司主要以生产线束为主，产品主要供应****等，在这家公司担任体系工程师一职，工作至现在，以下是我在职期间所负责的主要内容：
To consider development direction in future and career objective of myself, meanwhile this company needn’t use to English, so I joined **** in Feb 2010, this is an American enterprise and have 400 peoples, it is manufacture to wiring harness、 connector assembly etc, the customer is****etc, I have worked as system engineer, the following as company status and my responsibilities:
1.负责品质、环境、职业安全健康体系的维护及日常监督，确保能通过第二、三方的审核及日常系统不符合的改进，促进所有体系能有效实施与运行；
In charge of maintain and daily monitor about quality、environment、occupation security health system, ensure that pass audit of the second or the third parties and improvement for daily check nonconformity, to promote effective implement and operation with all system.
2.跟催、指导公司内部品质、环境、职业安全健康体系文件的制订、各部门与体系有关的工作的标准化；
Prepare of documents and each dept working standardization of follow-up、guide for internal quality 、environment、OHSAS system;
3.品质、环境、职业安全健康体系的宣传与培训；
Publicity and training of quality 、environment、OHSAS system standard;
4.负责内外部环保资料的更新、跟进、审核，确保供应商提供的物料及我们提供给客人的产品符合国际环保标准;
Take charge of update、follow-up、check of internal or external environment data, ensure that material was offered by supplier and to provide customer for us to conformity international environment standard;
本人爱好运动（如爬山、打球、跑步等），另外我是一个有责任心、上进心的人，能承受一定的压力，有良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力；
My favorite pastime is sports (such as claim hill or play balls or running etc), besides I’m a responsible and has the desire to do better, I can ability to work under pressure, have a good team player and communication skill
