停线标准可以从哪几方面定义,我现在要求厂商修改一些程序文件, 但是总感觉这个停线标准很难定义准确.
几句话就被他们顶回来了.

不管哪个行业的,大家小弟点建议................

胡搞瞎搞

If process out of control or unstable ,the company should stop production until corrective action completed and effective.For special process cases (e.g. product change,process change,deficient process capability,tooling replacement,machine repair etc.) It should stop production and shall submit improvement action plan to ensure process stable and achieve set capability.

Reference only.U should judge it or assess it from your company circumtances.

停线标准由供应商厂内依自己公司的情况而自己定的，而不是客户要求的。
