My friends,
If you believe two years is about enough to well organize quality system and process for a organization, then you are too much optimistic
Neither you nor anyone else can be confidence to say a system or process is good enough to successfully pass any 2nd or 3rd party audit, even the guy who is so much professional in the industry and has many years of working experience in audit and anti-audit
We can say some fortune 500 company is excel in the quality system and outstanding in process management, but who can say no major issues if not critical issues can be found every time a audit conducted on them, nor could you say similar words for any audit your company receive
More clear fact is the auditor most probably is more professional then you are in some area, especially in auditing, therefore, always keep a mind to learn something from them rather than to cope with them, and only with this mind can you keep on improve any potential issues besides the findings the auditor pointed out, and thus the issues will become less and less gradually
Be realistic to look at the audit, and take it easy for any findings, it's your lucky if the auditor did not find any issues, and it's certan if the auditor list a sheet of issues in the close meeting |
