下图是问题点，test probe 13触及到了铁的部分，这样也算不合格？
The ventilation opening at the rear side of microwave measured 4.6 mm in diameter.

The test pin can insert into the hole and touch the electrical part of fan.

还有个问题：标准上已经明确说了test probe 13只是不能触及到lived parts,那么test probe 13能否触及到base insulation?
