Quality Engineer (Shanghai)

1. Assist the Quality Manager in developing and implementing the overall Project Quality System.
2. Know QA tools, SPC, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, DOE.
3. Assess QA/QC/IPQC/OQC management aspects and participating in bid evaluation.
4. Monitor the effectiveness of the Integrated Project Management Team
5. Conduct and participate in quality audits as agreed in the quality audit schedules covering work performed by the IPMT,
6. Analyze and identify the Quality requirements from design specifications;
7. Analyze and identify the Quality requirements according to Top 5 return issues.
8. Execute quality improving or preventive activities and provide applicable reports per project's needs.
9. Monitor & analyze the quality performance of released products and secure applicable actions.
10. Analyse defect sample, reply customer complain and build 8D report.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in Mechanics/Engineering/Electronics or related
Over 5 years experiences in quality management.
Good communication skill.
Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Salary range: 7-10K
