虽然我还差的很远,但我喜欢用这样的招聘来刺激激励自己,并超这个方向一直努力着,

岗位职责
1. Responsible for aligning and execution of global quality strategy, and setting and reviewing AP regional quality direction and goals that compares well with industry best practices for comparable environments.
2. Introduce, develop, maintain, and periodically update the QA Procedures Manual and objectives and philosophies.
3. Assure and facilitate a QA organization structure within each facility, which meets the needs of the resident population. Monitor quality system implementation in factories. Helps identify the facility’s issues and guides the corrective actions in process/resolution.
4. Lead & organize the supply quality team to drive local supplier quality activities like six sigma projects, issue SCARs (supplier corrective actions requirement), proactive New Component Introduction (NCI) work. Monitor suppliers’ selection/evaluation/approval/audit and so on.
5. Ensure the voice of customer is reflected in product design and provide warranty and quality data from customer/distribution to integrated supply chain for DPU reduction, Also Implement customer quality management systems.
6. Manage Quality Systems such as PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, Gage R&R, Cpk Studies, Supplier Auditing, Process Change Control and Capacity Studies
7. Lead quality process improvement and streamline process in strategy level.
8. Conduct Kaizen and other lean activities.

岗位职责
Typical Duties:

1. Approves, directs, and reports on continuous improvement projects among the plants with a goal toward improving process efficiency and conversion costs.
2. Maintains dotted line responsibility with plant Continuous Improvement Managers. Works with Plant Managers and Continuous Improvement personnel to identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Assures statistical methods of data collection and analysis are used in the evaluation of proposed process changes. Requires all appropriate documentation, including drawings, are accurate and complete in order to assure consistency of implementation among the plants.
4. Establishes and maintains open communication channels with Plants, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Engineering for generation of project ideas.
5. Directs the project approval process. Reviews all proposed project implementations with Senior Regional Staff for final approval.
6. Presents and reviews proposed projects with Accounting to evaluate cost and payback potential.
7. Established communication channels for sharing continuous improvement projects among the plants and Group Office. Oversees the implementation of approved projects and assures consistent/standardized processes are maintained among the plants.
8. Plans, schedules, and chairs the STJG Divisional Meetings.
9. Responsible for hiring/developing/mentoring C.I. personnel/organization.
10. Performs all other duties as assigned.
