从品质人到项目经理

从事汽车行业品质十几年，感觉越来越虚。有机会到一家企业做项目经理，是正在研发的一种前沿产品，面临改行很是犹豫，但权衡再三觉得是历练的机会，还是决定试试。经过一段时间的了解，发现并不是前期跟我说的已到中试，应该说尚在初级研发阶段，而我根本不懂无从着手，根据他们的说法今年可能完不成，我现在只能查点相关的资料看看，了解一下市场动态，没有实际性的工作业绩。也有人劝我，无所谓，难得清闲，只要给薪水就行，但老觉得心里不踏实，该何去何从呢？！

If not, I do think it will be a little difficult for you in the new position. After all, currently, it belongs to desgin phase, or design verification phase, more design elements or factors, or relevant things are more important.
