大家好，小弟下周二就要到一美资家具企业应聘品质经理。美国老板亲自面试，本人目前还是工程师这个Level,第一次尝试经理职位。不知道这个层次老板会有些什么面试问题，这次如何应对才好。烦请有面试品质经理职位经验的高人指点。以下为该公司的招聘要求：
Qualifications:
a. College degree or above, with a major in a related field is an Advantage
b. Minimum of 3 years experience as a QC Manager in furniture company; Strong knowledge of ISO9000 management system
c. Independently carry on the quality control system and quality management in the factory
d. Working knowledge of computerized Total Quality Management systems
e. Preference to those who have the qualification of internal quality audit
f. CET-4 or above, can communicate with both spoken and written in English；Outstanding leadership and team-work spirit.
Responsibilities:
a. To develop and enforce QC Manual & Test Criteria to ensure that high-quality products are being made
b. QC Staff Training
c. QC Testing, Recording and Reporting for incoming material，in production material and finished Goods
d. Defects and Returns reporting and management
e. QC Test equipment maintenance
f. Customer Complaint Management |
