Humidity conditioning
A device intended for use in damp or wet locations (see Clauses 7.2 and 7.3) and having accessible non-current-carrying metal parts shall be exposed for 48 hours to moist air having a relative humidity of 93 ±2 % at a temperature of 25 ±2 °C. Following the 48-hour period and while still exposed to moist air, the device shall comply with the requirements for dielectric voltage-withstand between current-carrying parts and accessible non-current-carrying metal parts in accordance with Clause 8.6 and operate normally. Alternate chamber conditions may be 88 ±2 % at a temperature of 32 ±2 °C or 93 ±2% at a temperature of 28 ±2 °C.   


其中有 Following the 48-hour period and while still exposed to moist air, the device shall comply with the requirements for dielectric voltage-withstand between current-carrying parts and accessible non-current-carrying metal parts in accordance with Clause 8.6 and operate normally。
这句话的意思是不是说48小时后要把样品继续放在潮湿环境中打高压?还是其它什么意思。谢谢!

要实现这样的环境,我这里就只能放在恒温恒湿箱里,然后通过箱体旁的孔来连线,如果那样做会不会有危险!潮湿环境中能够打高压么?

没关系的.. 你就用两根线事先引出来好了..到48后直接在线的两端打就可以了..注意下选线..还有线之间的距离.确保测试的时候线不会影响..以前在潮湿箱里做过绝缘电阻的.

不危险,务必要求设备别带进箱子里哦。潮态后的耐压,就必须在潮态环境下打

标准要求确是在潮态的环境下进行耐压测试,这样如果漏电是否会把潮态箱打坏。  
即使引线出来,测试如果失败一样会直接施加高压到潮态箱上。
