该谈的,还是要谈的,你不说领导还以为你不重视呢?还以为他给你发的很高了呢?
不过话说回来,自己的问题还是要找一下的。你想想,别人不会无缘无故给别人加工资了,而你却没加。
不过你逮到很好的机会试试领导的意思,不要直接就说领导我现在工资很低,你给我涨点。逮着领导他们闲谈的时候,你就问一下,领导现在下面很多员工反应工资很低,看他怎么说。作者: 9000 时间: 2010-9-5 08:24
工资不是谈出来的,是上面看心情给的,你觉得能力与薪资不符那就走,不要谈,谈工资说得不好听点就像是行丐。
反正我是这样的,感觉工资与我的工作不符就申请离职,上面有人找你谈在说
