2 Can you build up a supplier quality audit and quality performance database?
3 Can you ongoing work on the suppliers cost / quality / production process improvement programs to gain a win-win situation. If you have experience here, please short explain.
4 How do you deal with the conflict of price and quality? We can get a 15% lower price but then also the quality will get worse. Please short comment.
5 Please describe short what type of supplier relationship actions you can recommend to improve supplier relationship building.
6 Please describe short how communication can be improved between the ordering factory in Europe and the supplier in China. Any experience from your present company?
7 Have you been involved in improving the supplier lead-times to the factory? If yes, please short describe what you did ands achieved.
8 Describe short ideas; how we can make sure that we achieve ongoing supplier improvements.
9 Can you be a project manager for international quality and production improvement projects with foreign Danfoss employees as team members?
10 Can you evaluate companies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and evaluate whether it is best in class as our supplier? If yes, please short explain some important items to review here.
