Open Position: IQCEngineer (2 to be hired)
■ Familiar with calibration of gage and instrument
■ Good interpretation of blue prints, particularly in G D & T like datum establishment, cylindricity, MMC and true position etc.
■ 3 – 5 years’ experience in using programmable CMM, roundness tester, contracer/contour and roughness tester
■ Knowledge of IQC general procedure, sampling rule and measurement evaluation, knowledge of ISO17025 and MSA is preferred
■ Fluent communication in English is necessary, German skill available is preferred
■ Educational background: College graduate or higher, major in mechanical, mechatronic, hydraulic engineering or relevantdiscipline; gender is flexible
■ Available to get oversea training and qualification once employed
■ Workplace: Changshu, Jiangsu Province, P.R.C.
Open Position: QC Engineer (2 to be hired)
■ Familiar with TS16949, 8D methodology, knowledgeable Six Sigma is preferred
■ Comprehension of G D&T, SPC and MSA
■ At least 5 years’ QC or QE experience in mechanical engineering components manufacturer, TS16949 auditor is preferred
■ Capable of applying 8D methodologyto audit, analyze and solve internal quality issues
■ Deliver training to workshop staffs on QC tools and quality specification
■ Fluent communication in English is necessary, German skill available is preferred
■ Educational background: Bachelordegree or higher, major in mechanical, mechatronic, hydraulic engineering or relevantdiscipline; gender is flexible
■ Workplace: Changshu, Jiangsu Province, P.R.C.
