The interviewer raised a question that if the supplier have no capability(quality and manufacturing) to produce the part we requested. How are you gonna support their improvement? This supplier is in the qualification phase, we have to get this supplier in our AVL due to the relastionship and price is much more favorable.

1.首先了解弱點對應到我們的制程可能會造成的問題是什麼？針對有影響產品和DPPM的做重點改善.
2.把好的供應商的做法share給他.
