标题: 怎么来带动好自己的团队??
俗话说:火车跑得快,全靠车头带。一个部门要做好,也全靠老大带!请问各位,你们是怎么带动好你的团队???

As for a PL, both development PL and process PL. You need comprehensive knowledge and ability for driving. You don't know all the details, but you should know how to do and how to ask your team members to do .
Secondly, you should have very strong communication skills and report ability. you'll organize all of the milestone of PL, PA, DMR(RTS), WS etc. and connect with each other. you should report the CEO weekly or biweekly.
Thirdly, you should encourage your team members in every milestone, organize a dinner to enhance their emotion and motivate them do better in future.
That's all.

对一个Team leader而言,核心的能力便是有效沟通。
管理说白了,就是让别人为你的目的做事。
目标明确,愿意承担,具备了这两个基本素质后,剩下的就是经验问题。
