steps:
1. identify resistors, capacitors with no rejection for 6 months or you can check your month to date history.
2. select 10 parts initially (check frequency of delivery - dts rule options can be selected in SAP)
3. seek the assistance of XXX for the initial set-up of DTS in SAP
4. assign responsible person to monitor the dts (add/delete function)
