同样都是人,进入了不同的企业会受不同的企业环境(文化)影响的,有些企业不注重对员工的培养及培训,他们的行为基本是进入企业之前的原始行为。若通过良好的培养及培训,他们的行为一定有很大的改变。作者: 清风瘦马 时间: 2011-10-29 19:56

Good sharing, but the key is money. If the boss have enough money, he could make his factory like a hotel and salary for his staff double than others. Then his staff love their job and may behaviour what he expected. However, the fact is: increasing operating costs, increasing tax and fees charged by local government, increasing salary to staff, more strict environmental requirements, higher demanded from staff----but less profit from customers. Not easy for manufacturers in China now.
