标题: 日本客户的质量观念
Also, please check with the factory the following points.
1 Can you supply new drums which are straight from bottom to top and if you can from when can you supply?
This time, the drums we received are still bottom wide and top is narrow so difficult to take out.
2 Can you change the color of the label for Luno 600 and Luno 700. Currently, the color of the label is white for both grades, but in order to visually
distinguish two products, it is more effective if you can use for example, black label for Luno 700 and white label for Luno 600.
3 Regarding the sealing of the drums, this time we received the red sealing, which is good. Can you continue to use this sealing? Sometimes, suppliers
have white sealing and if you use white seals with white material, in case the seals fall into the product, it will be difficult to find. If you use red seal, it is much easier to
check in case it contaminates.

昨天:
日本一客户向销售部门反馈了以上信息:
1.包装瓶瓶口太小,不方便产品取出使用,意见更换广口包装瓶;
2.标签用颜色区分;
3.标签,封口物颜色用红色,与产品(白色)区分开,方便客户能即使发现产品中是否由污染物。
从以上几点,不难发现日本人的质量意识,不单是产品性能,包装,标识,所有细节上的点滴都是其质量人考虑的范围,相反国内,往往容易忽略此类不与产品性能挂钩的细节,或者是不够细,不够深。
之前公司的客户,主要是国内,现在逐步走向国外,我们的质量观念,质量管控体系如何完善,满足客户需要达到客户满意,这都是我明年工作的重点。
请各位高手,贡献的自己的宝贵建议。

能举例一下吗?

公司绘制的图纸发到日本审核,连英文翻译的错误(字母拼错了)都指出来,要求修改。

呵呵,只是前期的策划的问题。
不过,鬼子的确比较较真。

确实蛮仔细的,我们生产日本的阀门阀杆,日方对采购的原材料.材料处理都要查验,根据材料能生产多少数量都算得严严实实,就不要说其他了......
