我当时是先看的中文版，看到这一段是这样翻译的“为确保结果有效，必要时，测量设备应”，我想请教的是：
1. 必要时是什么时候？

Well, since not all the equipment are used for IMTE purpose, therefore, if any equipment not for this purpose, the requirements of 7.6 cannot be applied on them.
