测试报告里的结果归到 risk 2， 请问这样的手电筒可以出到欧洲吗？

In fact, EN62471 does not have the PASS or FAIL judgement. This standard is used for the classification purpose. According to IEC TR 62471-2, your lab should ask you to add the warning statement and marking onto the product and user manual. So far as I know, EN60598, EN61347 and EN62031 do not specify the acceptable type of Risk Group.
About the acceptance of Risk 2 group, it is likely much depending on your buyer. Perhaps, you may check with him directly. Maybe, his country gets some rules on this.作者: 007 时间: 2010-11-28 15:47
虽然在62471里只是对产品发光危害进行分类，这和之前LED用60825－1测试时一样（825同样只有对激光危害分类），但是何种等级的可以被用于灯具产品必须要符合相应的CTL 决议（除非没有），而现有的决议中，只有豁免类和低危害类（需考虑标签）才可以用于灯具产品，这和60825也同样一致，只有class 1和class1M（有条件使用）才能用于灯具的道理是完全一样的
