你看一下他们的著作就知道差别在哪了。朱兰的品质改进三部曲计划、控制、改进，代表作《朱兰品质手册中文第5版》。克劳士比的品质改进14步，《品质免费》、《品质无泪》是其代表作之二。对品质的理解不同，朱兰认为品质是适用性，克劳士比认为品质是符合要求。作者: 飞天英雄中 时间: 2011-10-12 20:44
